2. Eligibility

Who Can Enter:

• Legal residents of Indiana or Illinois, aged 18 or older.

• Exclusions: Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Northwest Indiana Auto Finance are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

• Start Date: December 1, 2024, at 12:00AM CST.

• End Date: January 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST.

4. How to Enter

• Test Drive: Earn 2 entries by test-driving any vehicle at our dealership.

• Referral: Earn 5 entries by referring a friend who completes a test drive.

• Purchase: Earn 10 entries by purchasing any vehicle.

• No Purchase Necessary: To enter without a test drive or purchase, send a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and email to the Sponsor's address. Limit one mail-in entry per person.

5. Prize Details

• Grand Prize: 1986 Chevy Corvette with approximately 48,000 ORIGINAL miles.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $18,000.

• Winner's Responsibility: All taxes, fees, and other expenses related to the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Drawing Date: January 31, 2025.

• Selection Process: Random drawing from all eligible entries.

• Notification: Winner will be notified via phone and email within 5 business days of the drawing.

7. Odds of Winning

• Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received, and the amount of people that participates.

8. Publicity Release

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

• Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

• Modification: Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the giveaway period at their discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues or unauthorized human intervention that may affect the promotion.

11. Governing Law

• The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

12. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.

13. Winner's List

• To obtain the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor's address after January 15, 2025.
